This recent shot will be appearing in the upcoming issue of Tidings Magazine. Each year, the wine and food magazine has a “Maverick Chef’s’ issue.

 This year’s biggest maverick is Chef Stephen Treadwell of Treadwell Farm to Table Cuisine, in Port Dalhousie. The shot uses only available light and a slow exposure to show the motion of the cook's cutting hand.
